So I let my t mobile account go down to $0 over the summer (they subtract $3 per month). Tried to put some money on the account but the sim card was deactivated. Bought a new sim card from T mobile, put it in but no joy.

Turns out T mobile is phasing out 2G service and there is no 2G signal in my area. Now i need to swap my switchbox for a 4G board. Switchbox has a program but it's $200.

Just figured I'd post this to let the forum know there are 2G and 4G boxes. If you are planning on buying a switchbox, get the 4G version because the T mobile rep said they arw phasing out their 2G signal and getting ready for 5G.
