gross weight

I fly at Gross weight most of the time, with just me and one passenger with full fuel, when i fly with another passenger which will be my son who is a big guy, i will be reduced to only about 40 gallons of fuel and no luggage, 3 passengers, i want to increase the load the Lance can carry,
the plane is PA32R-300 Lance non turbo IO-540 300 HP, MTOW 3600
Any STCs out there to increase Gross weight for Lance?
Any items could be removed or swapped out for lighter replacements?
Any thoughts???
