Got a great Osh deal, which clinched it, just got it installed.
At a glance source for best glide, Vy, Vx and Vref, all weight & bank corrected, and without the wobble of varying indicated airspeed. Just a software unlock, no hardware to install. Immune to side slip errors.
Now, I always weight correct my VSpeed bugs for each flight, but this gives you more data. The upper arrow is for clean config, and the lower arrow for fully dirty. The very top of the hatched area is STALL. Best glide appears to be at the hatched/yellow junction. Vy at green/yellow junction, and final Vref mid-yellow. Blue is cruise, the indicator disappears (in AUTO setting) when you're at cruise speed.
Just had it up for one flight, but liking it already.
