All,

I have someone interested in buying my Cherokee 140. The individual is local and seems very interested. They want to check out the log books which I understand and agree with. However, they want to take the log books with them for a couple days to review. This is what bothers me. I really don't want the logs to leave my possession for the obvious reason that the logs are +-75% the value of the plane. How should I handle this? I don't want to miss out on the opportunity to sell the plane but I don't want to risk damaging or loosing the logs either.

Appreciate the advice.
