I am planning on putting our 2001 Saratoga II TC on the market in early fall. Total Time is 2944 and engine time is 839 on a factory remanufactured engine. We have owned it for about 13 years. We are the second owners as the first owner was a nonpilot business owner who used it for work and always flown by a professional pilot. She has always been kept in a hangar and well cared for. I have upgraded the avionics a couple of times. I replaced the Garmin 530 and 430 with GTN750 and 650, later I ungraded the GTN 750 and 650 to GTN 750XI and 650XI, Transponder was replaced with a GTX345 ADSB in/out and transponder, GDL69 XM weather added. Upgraded STEC55X to STEC 3100 Digital Autopilot. JPI 730, 3 GI275s and a G5 backup on the copilot side. Audio panel was upgraded to the remote to accommodate the 750/650 installations. Seats reupholstered in 2023 with two tone leather. Because my primary use of N245MA is for Angel Flights I removed the two aft facing seats along with the cooler/console. I have them stored in our homes closet. Plane has TKS, backup alternator and AC. Removed the vacuum system. Payload presently is 1037 and was told I could gain another 20lbs by having much of the old wiring removed for the old systems. Also had VGs installed in 2016. Based on VREF and what I am seeing I will be asking $455K. She is based at 40XS
