Piper Fuel Selector valve 492-289

I'm looking for a manual or instructions for repairing a Piper 492-289 fuel valve used in a 1978 Turbo Arrow and other Continental engine installations. It selects between L&R fuel AND return lines from the Continental engine. It list Airborne Mfg Co Elyria Ohio 1H80-2 on the part.

There have been several used on eBay and via the used parts yards. I suspect they're no longer made. Pointers to shops that repair them would be secondary to getting a manual / assembly drawing / repair information.
