I recently got an oil analysis that suggested that traces of metals in a sample might be partly due to not running the engine frequently enough. I had flown less than 5 hours per month.

What are your opinions about some minimum hours per month to run an engine to reduce risk of engine corrosion? Use it or lose it?

1968 Cherokee 140, Lycoming O-320, 1200 hrs SMOH.
