Help!
I have a 1978 Turbo Lance ll and my mechanic is having a nightmare of a time replacing the cable of the horizontal stabilator. The cable runs from the front of the plane under the panel to the tail section and there is only enough room for one very small set of hands under the panel, but need at least three. Any suggestions?
