Torques

Looking for some torque values for my Arrow.

I am changing the tubes and tires. What are the torque values for the 4 safety wired bolts that hold the pads on. Also, the three bolts that hold the hub together.

I am also putting the spinner back on and I can't find the torque values for the 4 forward bulkhead to prop dome bolts
