Installed a new one in March 2013. Already broken. Should we expect to buy a new one at $30+ every year and a half?:( Is this a common problem? We do tend to push on it when making fine adjustments, and it obviously won't take much of that. Seems to me it should be made out of rigid aluminum--you know, like Beech might do.:D
