So I have the warrior with me at work about 200 miles from home. I got permission from a guy on the field to use his hangar as he doesnt have an airplane anymore, and I would take him for a ride or two as a trade (great deal!) Did some flying today after work just seeing the local sites (and a huge oil spill that no one seems to be reporting.... hmm..) and it was a great time. Landed and taxiied up to the new hangar and got the doors open etc to put it in. As I was pushing the Warrior in by hand I was paying VERY close attention to the wings making sure they wouldnt hit, and that I was centered up. Then I heard it.. CRUNCH. The wings werent even in the hangar yet. Turns out his plane (mustang) is alot shorter than my warrior. The top of the tail hit the roof and broke a chunk off. I think a piece of my soul fell with that piece of fiberglass. First ever "incident" with an airplane in my life and I am devastated! Ugh. Any help or advice would be appreciated in what I should do. Im in a remote strip with zero access to any mechanics (closest would be 2 hours away). Please see attached pics.
