I am looking at a poece of property in an aviation community. No FBO services on the community airport. I am wondering how much is delivered fuel to keep on my own property. Possibly put in a 500 gallon tank or so to refuel next to the personal hanger. This will be in NC. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this or should i just fly somehere else and refuel before going home? I have a friend buys and keeps diesel on his property in a tank and it is a substantial savings per gallon to do it that way. Was wondering if 100 LL would be similar. Thanks.
