How to change air and oil filter?

Hi guys, I am the new buyer of the Cherokee PA28 160HP which made at 1977 and operating in Australia.
Just have some question about my 50 hourly check....

1. How many hour need to replace the Oil filter and the Air filter?
2. How to replace it by myself, any teaching video?
3. It's necessary change all of the oil in tank for 100hourly or 50hourly?
4. Any other tips to keep the aircraft condition better?
