This seems to be temperature related as it seems to only happen when the weather gets colder. Upon the first take off, I will throw the gear switch and nothing will happen for maybe 10 seconds or so, after which all is well. It has never happened on the gear down action. We have replaced the gear and squat switches already, but it still happens. Any clues?

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
