Didn't upgrade yet to the speed slope windshield but I've seen this a few times in light rain.... a line a few inches above the windshield where the rain is hanging around. Basically a bubble of static or turbulent air. Good case for the speed slope windshield.

Anyways, got a picture of it this time. You can see it to the right of the hotplate. It's moisture clinging to the windshield and not being blown away by the airstream.
