So as many know, I have a Cherokee 140 for sale. However, if it doesn't end up selling I'm thinking about doing some upgrades to it. The two that I really want are a WAAS IFR GPS and an autopilot. I know I can put a 430W or similar in it but is it feasible or legal to put in an autopilot? I don't want anything fancy just a one or two axis and of course I'd be looking for used equipment. So that being said, if it is legal and feasible where would I look for a used autopilot and what type/model, etc?

And yes I do realize that even if I do these upgrades it's still a 140.... :)
