This weekends project was to make some center armrests for the pilot/copilot seats. I made a retractable center console a while back that works well, but inhibits access to the flaps and trim when deployed. I would pull it forward after takeoff and slide it back before approach.
The new setup allows access to everything so no need to swing them back other then for entry/exit. No seat mods were made. They attach using the bottom seat back hinge bolt hole.
