Towbar to use with a garden tractor

I've seen a little garden tractor/lawn mower near me for sale and I was thinking of using it to tow my Arrow around with.

However, I'd need a tow bar for it....can anyone recommend a tow bar that would work well? I've seen this one...is it any good?
