Probably going to replace my STec20 AP with the GFC 500. Because the STec20 occupies the turn coordinator location a new spot has to be found and my panel is pretty full. Has anyone used the original Piper autopilot spot in the lower left? It would fall ready to hand, and the annunciations will be in the GI275 anyway. Biggest con is it would not be accessible to the right seat occupant. Top right is where I have the Aera 760 which perhaps could be moved to the co-pilot yoke. That would also open up the option of moving radios from the center stack to free up space there.

I could also move the Aera 760 to the pilots yoke and use that instead of current IPad Mini4/Foreflight.
