I've got my search narrowed down to an Archer or 235.


There a local 1973 Cherokee 235 3250TT, 1200 SMOH, 200 hours STOH (Mattituck recall). Paint good, interior new, corrosive sealer sprayed in wings, and mediocre avionics.


Seller is insisting on $45K...Looking online now looks like a good price....Thoughts?
