OK, so I have one of the "fasteners" that holds the (induction) air filter assembly together missing. It's not a show stopper but it would be great to have all four in there. It has the retaining clip, spring, and the screw doesn't seem like it would be easy to find. So where can I get it? My service manual cites also a "Air Filter Box Seal", don't think I have that either or know where to get it?

As an aside, is the standard air filter wetted with oil? Mine looks soaked and definitely filthy, my guess is no. Brackett BA-16 doesn't appear to.

It's for a 1974 PA-28-151.
