Flew over to Memphis with 3 folks that won a charity fundraiser, had a few hours to kill while they were out and about.
Met up with JimC for lunch. Talked about stars, pterodactyls, wheel pants, onion rings, the triumphs and shortcomings of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and wilderness parks with airports in em.

Nothing against my Texas brethren, but for the fact that they don't understand how BBQ works. That brown sugar stuff is not what we're after. Vinegar BBQ sauces Memphis style is the ticket.
