All,
I'm currently flying a Seneca II based at KTOL, Toledo, OH. My Seneca is going to need an engine replacement very soon and we're also planning some panel upgrades and of course our annual inspection. These planned events are going to have the airplane down for some time and I'm looking for a backup Seneca that I can fly for the next ~6 mos.
I'm seeking someone with a clean Seneca II or III model who would be interested in a lease for the next ~6 months. We would structure it so that I would pay all fixed costs, some monthly lease rate and a dry rate for usage during this time. The airplane would be kept in a heated executive hangar at KTOL and flown and cared for by a very discriminating owner.
I am a ~800 pilot with IFR, MEI ratings, ~600 HP / complex time, ~250 hrs retract time and 150 hrs in the Seneca II.
