Hi all.

Wanted to get some feedback on something I noticed.

The POH states a rotation speed of 55mph. I know for a fact on my bird that it does not want to come off the ground at anything less than 65mph.

Which brings up 2 questions/observations...

1- I am wondering if my "N" trim indicator is off i.e. that it is actually not Neutral but instead set to a more nose down trim. This would certainly explain some of it?

2- The 55mph was never a real world stat

Thoughts?

Thanks
