The plane was on a 135 charter flight from Islip MacArhur airport on Long Island. On final approach to Portland Maine the right gear fell off and landed in a golf course by the airport. The pilot obviously asked the tower to take a look and they informed him his gear was missing.

The pilot elected to bring the gear up and return back to Long Island and landed gear up at Islip MacArthur……

The FAA is investigating.
