Repair/buff out scratches on a glass windshield??? (think expensive heated windshield

Looking at a Cheyenne I with a heated pilot side windshield. It has a few light scratches from the wiper blade on it. Does anyone have a recommended shop that may be able to buff out the scratches? These are reported to cost about $16,000 per side, so I need someone who has done this many times before.
