These plugs have about 10 hours of the previous owner and 110 hours of me flying it as a new aircraft owner. About 50% with mogas. I lean aggressively on the ground and 50º ROP in cruise (I have a single EGT probe on #4 and am using that to determine this).

Sorry that the pics aren't so great, but how does it look? I'm fairly new to aircraft ownership and hoping that I'm doing the right things in flying it.

1B, 2B, 2T, 3B were replaced with brand new plugs. Not sure if it was really necessary. Right magneto has about 20-30RPM drop that is higher than the left magneto drop, rotating the plugs and replacing the worn ones didn't seem to help that.

No real question, just looking for general advice. Looks good? What should I do about R magneto?
