Can anyone recommend someone to do a pre-buy for a plane near Corpus Christi, TX?

Or is anyone familiar with Rick Parker of Parker Aeronautics there? Apparently he already did a pre-buy on this plane for another buyer who fell through.

All leads appreciated, and thanks very much for the help!
