piper warrior strut cap replacement

Lost a strut cap today in flight. Wondering where I can get one and part number. Searching online I also see that some recommend a vinyl cap replacement and some suggest to get a sink hole cover from plumbing store or Home Depot. Anyone knows dimensions of what size sink hole cover would fit or other recommendations? I saw another warrior on field has nice airtight vinyl caps as well and wonder where one can get their from.
