Pilot and passenger dead after Piper Twin PA-31? went down shortly after take off from Tyler Pounds airport Thursday morning. No fire on impact. From pictures, the fuselage on its side was pretty much intact with the wings missing.

I will be very interested in the NTSB report when details are available. Weather should not have been a factor. Fuel issue to cause both engines to fail, or single engine loss with subsequent failure to manage properly? Accidents like this really make me wonder.
