Please go into the Cherokee section and open up the PA 32 Basic Med thread. We need more people to comment to the FAA on the overly restrictive wording in the FAA rule on Basic Med.

Please click on the FAA link and hit the green comment button. Tell the FAA that the Basic Med rule is not a type certification action, and the law has nothing to do with it. It only restricts the PIC to carrying 6 total souls aboard and under 6k pounds.

They are about to screw PA32, PA34 and many twin Bonanza pilots from flying basic med.
