Since I am considering putting the Arrow into a partnership, I have identified 2 pilots who are interested. I figured a good cut over point was in June since that is when hangar and annual is due, so in the meantime I am selling them block time to get time in the plane. Plus it's a test to see if they are going to be good partners. Well, it's been a learning experience so far. I have a 300+ hour CAP, private/instrument pilot lined up and an 800+ hour CFII. Wanna guess who is the problem child?

Yeah, the CFII. Can't read a dipstick, exhibits bad ADM and tells me he got the ownership mentality down. Friggin clueless is more like it. Thank God I am running a test!
