I have an O-320 E2A . The cylinders are out for overhaul. Two need new jugs. I have an opportunity to to upgrade all four to the 160 HP STC. I was told if I do I need to buy the STC from RAM. (See ad below):

STC - Engine Horsepower Increase Authorization:
Allows increasing from 150-hp to 160-hp using the existing 150-hp Lycoming O-320 engine. Involves cylinder, piston, wrist pin, and carburetor, and re-pitch of propeller - all of which must be purchased separately. Piper application will also require a fuel pump. Requires purchase of second STC below which allows for installation of the same engine once the 160-hp changes have been implemented.
STC Fee per engine SN: $295
What need to be done to the carburetor?
My prop is in the prop shop, I do not currently know the pitch. I think I was told it a 60. Which will be fine for the STC. What about if it a 58? I understand I may have a red line issue.
Thoughts?
