Hey gang - my partner recently realized that we are coming up on TBO for our Propeller and I wanted to pose a question to the group... what is the general consensus on over-flying TBO on a prop? I probably don't mean by thousands of hours and I would guess the answer depends on a lot of factors. We have a Hartzell model B3D36C424 3-blade adjustable-pitch. We have performed re-sealing on the prop every 500-750 hours or so at the suggestion of our AP/IA. We are approaching the 2,000 hour TBO time and I just wanted to see what the consensus was on over-flying by several hundred (not thousand) hours. Can't say we have noticed any issues/anomalies with the prop itself.

1900 hours
