I have been searching online about my 3rd class medical. I am under 40 and it has been less than 5 years since the certificate was issued. I know it is valid in that regard. Since I am close to finishing my IR I am trying to make sure my ducks are in a row.

The question I have is about the address on the certificate. I have moved since my last medical so my address does not match the form. Is it still valid?

I did contact the FAA within 30 days of moving if that matters. I am hoping that the old address remains in the archives in my flying history.

Thanks for the help!
