Just spoke with a new maintenance shop that I haven't used before. They were somewhat critical of the inspections I had done in prior years. In most cases, I could see there point. But unfortunately, I'm more the hands off owner and have always depended on working with folks I had a relationship with.

Airplane is a 1974 PA-28-151 with a 180hp STC conversion with a constant speed prop

More to the point, I have a few major issues with the annual that I'm unfamiliar with:

Aft wing fitting replacement
Rudder bar support replacement
Rod ends for Ailerons and flaps replacement
Bleed brakes

There are other items not mentioned but I would consider them normal course and not worth wasting your time. Can any of you recommend a strategy regarding my next steps or refer someone with experience regarding this level of maintenance? I appreciate any of your help with this!
