Logging safety pilot time

Here's one for the CFI's. Let's say I do a 60 mile cross country with a safety pilot. After takeoff, I go under the hood, fly 60 miles, do a couple practice approaches, then fly back home.....all under the hood.

How does the time get logged, both for me and the safety pilot?
