I have a 68 PA-28-140 and would like to install an Aero-Lite LED landing light. I have purchased one but when I went to install it I found that it does not fit since it is deeper than the old 4509 bulb. Can anyone share what modifications you did to make the LED bulb work?

Any help would be appreciated.
