Hello Folks,

I am new to this forum and want to pose a question to the Chieftain operators. I am looking for real world operating conditions for the 350 HP
TIO540J2BD. I am interested in cruise power settings, fuel flow, CHT, EGT,TIT etc. Also what is the realistic life of this engine. Any cylinder problems? I have talked to a couple of freignt dogs to see what I could learn from them. What I find is they fly with stock engine monitoring equipment and as long as the needle is not on the red line they are good to go. Is there anyone flying these engines with JPI or equivalent that get to see everything?

Thanks in advance for any info you can share!
