Engine will be off by tomorrow afternoon, and the mount should be at the shop (Hope Aero) for repair Thursday or Friday. They suggested about two weeks. Then a good few days to get it back in place. So allowing for the usual aviation "delays", it will be four to five weeks I imagine.

I send my prop to Hope Aero for an overhaul in 2005 after the tip blistered from a lightning strike while tied down. I was happy with their customer service and work then, and am still happy with the prop now, FWIW, so hopefully any delays won't come from them.

(Edit: ah, I see I'm way late into this thread. Glad it came back nicely, as one would expect.)
