I volunteer to help maintain an air strip on a small island in Lake Michigan. We have several mowers that we use to maintain our 3000 ft grass runway & they require hauling gasoline in. I’ve been asked to fill up some of these cans (5 gal.) to help out but I’m concerned about expansion & leaking in flight. Anyone have any experience doing this. I usually fly at about 3000 ft.to the island.
