I was taking the opportunity of an annual inspection to go back and make sure that my various nav and comm codes were correct in ForeFlight and at FltPlan.com. There have been some ICAO changes and I wanted to be sure everything was correct. I'll admit to being a bit overwhelmed by what seems to me to be a bit of patchwork guidance on what is exactly correct. I sent an email to ForeFlight customer service with a specific question. What I got in response was a personal call during which we went through my profile in detail and made changes in real time. It was also a nice tutorial on the AC's and left me confident that I'm squared away. I then tweaked my set-up at FltPlan.com.

I just can't say enough about the great ForeFlight customer service.
