I'm up in Dutchess County (KPOU) and want to fly down the Hudson and over the Statue of Liberty with some friends. Is there anything special I need to do, like file a flight plan, contact Kennedy Tower, or something else?

Basically, what are the steps to do this site seeing tour in the plane?
