I purchased my plane about 2 years ago. My electric trim has never been operational and I would like to get it fixed. At my annual, my mechanic delayed fixing it. I think he might have been unsure how to approach the fix. When activated you can hear the motor but the trim does not change. I live in Eastern NC. Does anyone know a shop that is experienced with piper electric trim?

Any help would be appreciated.
