Hi folks. New to this site and my first post. We have recently purchased a fuel injected 78 six 300. We have noticed our electric fuel pump is rather noisy and only builds about 5-7 psi. This is inside the yellow arc of the fuel pressure gauge. When started, the mechanical pump builds to the normal 22-24 psi range and in the middle of the green arc of press gauge. Is this something to be concerned about? I'm worried this is not normal and think the elec pump should build press inside green arc as well. Any input?
