early 140 rear seats

I'm still trying to confirm if the rear "jump seats" in our 1964 140 were legally and correctly installed.

If you have an airplane that was originally a 2 seater and has added rear seats, would you check you airplane file to see if you have a copy of the installation instructions or drawing 65599? I would appreciate getting a copy.
