I have looked through the Garmin Pilot Handbook for the GI 275 and the Installation Manual and I cannot verify if the Garmin GI-275 will show an alert when the engine is in a over boost state (>36"MP). I had an old annunciation light on the dash but the avionics installer told be that the GI-275 would do that and they removed my annunciator lights. I just want to verify this before they get it all back together and find out they have to reinstall the over boost light.
