I was telling my wife about useful load and general airplane stuff. She said if you are going to buy a plane (and get good at flying) you might as well get one that can take us somewhere. I've pretty much decided on a Cherokee and it looks like it's going to have to be a 180:). Hopefully I will be able to find a good one with ifr and ap.

I can't believe she has ok'd more $. That's not like her.

We're not big people so even with all 4 of us on board and full fuel there will still be enough extra capacity for 200# of baggage.

Now if the damn weather will cooperate so I can get my training back on track.
