We are buying a PA32-260 The engine has 70 Hr on it. However the plane has only 70 hr in the last 12 years. It just had an annual our mechanic says it is OK. But it has not flown in the last 4 years. The tip tanks have been empty for the last 4 years. What should we look for before doing long cross country flying. The seller is coming on board as a forth owner in our partnership. Gene
