Meeting with three different airports on Thursday to discuss land-lease areas and property development requirements to build T-Hangars, Shade Hangars and other facilities for a cooperative me and a few guys are forming.

Development in my area is booming, all the T-hangars are sold out with multi-year waiting lists anywhere around. Even the "bad" hangars that have, for example, unprotected (from rain) floors and no electricity.

They're basically Shade hangars with walls and doors. Except the doors sometimes fall down.

So, we've received quotes from Fulfab for a row of 10 and 15 full nested T's (42x34x14ft units) that have electric doors included, and they're at a decent price for the job...

But recently I've heard issues with fulfab's doors staying shut, and some warranty problems after using their erection services.

What sort of hangars are you in? Do you like them? Know anyone who has built hangars who's had problems?

Trying to avoid reliving someone else mistakes with our little co-op here.
